Location:
Broadway Pier/Port Pavilion
1000 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101

Rain:
Festival occurs rain or shine. Indoor plan if needed.

Check In:
Check in begins at 9 am. Booths must be completely
set up by 10:30 am.

When you arrive, our team will direct you to your booth space.
Booth locations are determined on a first come, first served
basis by event staff.

You may pull your vehicle to your space and unload quickly.

Vehicles then need to be removed. Metered parking may be
available on Navy Pier, and paid parking is available across the
street.

Bring:
All we are providing is a 10 by 10 space. You need to bring

  • your own canopy (if needed), table, and chairs.
  • Do not bring small candy with wrappers or any other items that may blow into the bay.
  • If you have requested electricity, please bring your own 50 ‘
  • foot extension cord so that power can be accessed.
Trash:
You are responsible for removing all of your own trash. Public
receptacles will not accommodate vendor trash.

Break Down:
You may not break down earlier than 3 pm. Vehicles will not be
allowed back on the Pier until 3:30 pm at the earliest, when all
pedestrians have cleared. Once you are given the okay by event staff, you may retrieve your vehicle, and bring it to your space to load.
